Terms of service

Your account

• You must be at least 13, or older if the law where you live requires it.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone.

Your content

You own what you post. You give ZubTalk a license to store, display and deliver it so the service works, for example showing your post to your followers. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already shared or that we must keep by law.

GIFs and scheduled messages

GIF search results come from a third-party provider and aren't created by ZubTalk. You're responsible for the GIFs you send, and the rules below apply to them. A scheduled message is sent at the time you choose unless you cancel it first, and you're responsible for it just as if you had sent it yourself at that moment. It may not be sent if you can no longer message that person or group by then.

What's not allowed

• Harassment, threats, hate speech or encouraging violence or self-harm.
• Sexual content involving minors, or sharing intimate images without consent.
• Spam, scams, fraud, malware or fake engagement.
• Breaking the law or infringing others' rights, including copyright and privacy.
• Interfering with the service, scraping it at scale or getting around a block or ban.

Moderation

Automated checks, member reports and admins help keep ZubTalk safe. We may hide or remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms. If you think we got it wrong, contact us and we'll take another look.

AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong. Read them before you post or rely on them, because you're responsible for what you publish.

The service

We work to keep ZubTalk running, but it's provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, ZubTalk is not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by others.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
