This old style tie holder was made in the 1930-40 era. It represents the versatility of Native American silversmiths of that era. The thunderbird was an icon of this time as was the natural turquoise set in its center.
These cuff links date to the 1950’s when Native jewelers worked with precision in the creation of even their smallest items. Beautiful natural Blue Gem turquoise was placed in each center surrounded by fine overlaid designs.
This beautiful bracelet was made the traditional way. A sand stone was carved and molten silver poured to create the elegant design. An old high grade natural Blue Gem turquoise was set in a hand made bezel. The gem is deep blue green with hints of red and chocolate host rock matrix.

This is Kee’s great masterpiece bolo buckle set, three years in the making. The degree of skill and the amount of labor to create it is the cumulative effort and crowning achievement of his career, unlikely to be surpassed. Hundreds of petroglyphs were individually hand sawed in a continuous seem throughout the top plate of sterling silver over many hours to mimic the great wall of petroglyphs found at Newspaper Rock in southwest Utah. In the center of each piece sits an exquisite and unusually large natural turquoise of over 100 carats. The gems were cut out of a single nugget found at the classic Candelaria turquoise mine, a remnant from the depleted claim. Large specimens from the mine are seldom if ever encountered. The highly collectible gems are deep translucent sky blue with dark reddish spiderweb matrix surrounded with subtle and unusual shades of green. They are set in Kee’s unique hand made bezels, chiseled to perfection.
